Sagamore calendar implementation

These Google Calendars are hosted through the Sagamore Hills PTA Google account, owned by admin@sagamorehillspta.org, editable by the sagamorehillspta@sagamorehillspta.org group, and publicly viewable.

Instructions for simply viewing/subscribing (what most folks want) are on the Sagamore calendar page.

Separate calendars are used to allow end-user filtering.

Sagamore Google Calendars

Edit

The following instructions allow you to edit Sagamore calendars.

To simply view (not edit) Sagamore calendars, see the Sagamore calendar page.

Once the following setup is complete, you may edit the Sagamore calendars as you would any Google Calendar. See "Google Calendar Help" for details.

Setup

1. Have a Google Account
   • If you log into any Google product (Gmail, Android, Drive, YouTube, etc.), you have one
   • If you don't have a one, you can create one
2. Be a member of the sagamorehillspta@sagamorehillspta.org group
   • If you're not (or not sure), contact the Sagamore Hills PTA
3. Log into Google Calendar
4. Add a Sagamore Calendar (listed above)
   1. "Other calendars" (left sidebar)
   2. "Add friend's/coworker's calendar" (you may need to expand "Other calendars"
   3. Enter a Sagamore Calendar ID (listed above)
