Documenting how Sagamore Hills PTA uses, and how to use, various Google products
Accounts
Google manages access to its services through Google Accounts. A Google Account sign in looks like an any email address (not just username@gmail.com). The following Google Account are somehow associated with Sagamore Hills PTA.
admin@sagamorehillspta.org
An account had to be created when Google Apps for sagamorehillspta.org was initiated by Dave on 2013-07-19. The username is admin and a password hint is sag. As of 2013-07-19, it can only be used to log into the Google Apps control panel (no email).
Setup
- 2013-07-19 Google Apps for Nonprofits Enrolment (free)
- Dave started at step #3 of Upgrade to Google Apps for Nonprofits, using the domain
sagamorehills.organd using admin as a (necessary) first account. - 2013-07-19 Google for nonprofits applicatoin approved
- https://google-for-nonprofits.appspot.com/home
- Currently Dave is the only Administrator (that will change)
- 2013-07-18 Google for nonprofits sign up
- Dave Barker signed up with his personal Google Account, using:
- Organization
- Sagamore Hills ES PTA
- EIN (Charity ID)
