Google manages access to its services through Google Accounts. A Google Account sign in looks like an any email address (not just username@gmail.com). The following Google Accounts are some how associated with Sagamore Hills PTA.

admin@sagamorehillspta.org

An account had to be created when Google Apps for sagamorehillspta.org was initiated by Dave on 2013-07-19. The username is admin and a password hint is sag. As of 2013-07-19, it can only be used to log into the Google Apps control panel (no email).

dave@1.0ne.org

To establish the PTA's Google for Nonprofits account, it was necessary for Dave to sign in with his own Google Account. As of 2013-07-19, dave@1.0ne.org is the only Google for Nonprofits accounts Administrator (this should change).

Setup

2013-07-19 Google Apps for Nonprofits Enrolment (free)

Dave started at step #3 of Upgrade to Google Apps for Nonprofits

1. Create Google Apps account using the domain sagamorehills.org and using admin as a (necessary) first account.
2. Login with admin@sagamorehillspta.org
3. Verify domain ownership by setting a DNS TXT record at Sagamore Hills PTA Dreamhost account (domain registrar for sagamorehillspta.org) and verifying from Google Apps
4. Submit Google Apps for Nonprofits enrollment form for sagamorehillspta.org from Google for Nonprofits account

2013-07-19 Google for Nonprofits applicatoin approved
