A foundation for Sagamore Hills Elementary School doesn't exist (as of 2014), but is being considered.
- Webpage at the PTA website
- Group for discussion (email list)
- Google Drive folder (about the Sagamore Google Drive)
Why
New funding options become available. Currently, the only way the school can be supported financially is by the Sagamore Hills Elementary School PTA, being a tax-exempt non-profit (501(c)(3)), the ways in which the money can be raised, managed, and spent, are limited. [expand]
Why not

The foundation is focused on developing an atmosphere of innovative teaching and challenging programs to maximize each child's potential and foster a life-long desire for learning. With the cooperation of parents, teachers, students, and the community, the Briarlake Elementary School Foundation will support this mission by providing financial assistance for faculty enrichment programs, specialty coaches, and increasing access to technology for students and faculty.
