A foundation for Sagamore Hills Elementary School doesn't exist (as of 2016-02), but is being considered.

What
What is a foundation anyway?
Why
New funding options become available. Currently, the only way the school can be supported financially is by the Sagamore Hills Elementary School PTA, being a tax-exempt non-profit (501(c)(3)), the ways in which the money can be raised, managed, and spent, are limited. [expand]

Purpose
- "pay teachers for foreign language instruction and technology instruction" (Suzi Wilki, 2015-01)

- more ipads! more laptops!
- better playground, even handicap accessible!
- painting the inside and outside of the school!
- update the bathrooms!
- supplement STEM committee teachers' salaries! (they work after school for free, and they're doing such an amazing job!)
- apply and get grants for wonderful things that our school and students and teachers need!

- Mission: The Sagamore Hills Technology Foundation engages, educates, and trains technology leaders of the next generation. Goals: Educate every interested student in the fundamentals of software programming and computer design.
