I have a business colleague (I saw last week) that is very good friends with a former manager of his, who now works for the Richard Branson division that is exploring space travel (out in the Mohave Desert of California). I talked with her once and she’s super engaging, excited to be working there, and may be worth a call to see if they are interested in helping us with our STEM process. Apparently, Michigan State University (my college, and this woman’s school too, coincidentally) has some important link to the STEM program at their Education School within the university… so we have the MSU thing in common too (and I like Richard Branson in general J).

I’m happy to work that connection in any way that helps our school and kids!

Mr. Gardiner,

I have worked in Aerospace Education for over 20 years, spending the bulk of that time working for NASA (KSC). During that time, I have done a number of Space Day events and I'm excited to participate with Sagamore Hills. The national Space Day events are held each year in May, this year it's May 2, 2014. Once you've determined the date & what I can do to support, please let me know and I'll do my best to participate.
