Audrey Farquharson joined the Sagamore Hills Elementary School community when her child entered Kindergarten in 2012.

In 2013 she started Sprouting Sagamore Scientists, acquiring grants and organizing volunteers to revitalize the school courtyard garden to serve STEM education.
