The Sagamore Hills PTA uses Dreamhost for the following services:
There are various accounts associated with their service:
- Dreamhost User
- Used to access any Dreamhost service (or "login to Dreamhost"), can access multiple Dreamhost Accounts (vkornylak@gmail.com)
- Dreamhost Account
- Collection of billing information and Dreamhost service plans, can be accessed by multiple Dreamhost Users (#1166210 "Vera's Account")
- Server
- For ftp/ssh access, can host multiple domains/websites (but multiple Server Accounts cannot manage the same domain/website) (verkor (on server nair-al-saif))
- Database
- A single account can access multiple databases (Wordpress requires a database) (sagamorehillspta)
- Wordpress
- A Wordpress installation has it's own accounts allowing fine grained access to its features (admin)
- Log
- Website-access statistics (sagamore)
Dreamhost use was initiated 2011-07 by Vera Kornylak.
